About Us and Our Craft

Watchmaking team discussing luxury wristwatch production in the Flagman & Co. office

Flagman & Co.

Flagman & Co. is a microbrand founded in 2020 for those who appreciate the art of time. We design unique timepieces inspired by Freemasonry, poker, steampunk, chess, and other distinctive themes. Specializing in skeletonized movements, we combine modern technology with fine craftsmanship.

Our dials are meticulously set with stones by hand, and some models feature fully hand-engraved and skeletonized movements. We use high-grade silver and gold plating to create watches where every detail is a testament to mastery and uniqueness.

Design

Every new model Flagman & Co. is the result of meticulous
work by professional designers. The design phase is crucial, as it requires careful consideration of every detail to fully capture the essence of the chosen theme and bring it to the highest level.

Our creative process is never limited to a single perspective —each design is developed by a team of specialists, combining different approaches and ideas. Every concept undergoes multiple refinements and is approved only after a final evaluation, ensuring that every detail meets the high standards of our brand.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing is one of the most crucial stages in watchmaking, requiring precision and exceptional craftsmanship. A team of skilled specialists is involved in the process, with each expert playing a key role. The turner is responsible for shaping the watch case, meticulously refining it to ensure a flawless fit and finish. Next comes the galvanic coating stage, where components are plated with high-grade silver or gold, enhancing both the watch’s elegance and durability.

The engraver’s artistic craftsmanship makes each model unique— every detail is hand-engraved onto the movement, transforming it into a true work of art. The final stage is assembly, where the watchmaker carefully installs the movement into the case, ensuring perfect accuracy and reliability. This demanding process requires utmost attention to detail, as it is here that the watch takes its final form, ready to accompany its owner through time.

Quality Control

The inspection of finished watches is one of the most critical stages of production. We meticulously test each model through 9 stages of inspection to ensure its impeccable quality. This process not only evaluates the overall craftsmanship but also verifies the precision of timekeeping, which is just as important.

Every component and movement is carefully examined to guarantee that the watch meets our strict standards. Only after successfully passing all inspections does the watch receive final approval, ready to accompany its owner. For us, it’s not just about aesthetics—it’s about absolute accuracy and reliability.
