Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time.
- All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
- For pre-order items: Shipping times are listed on the product page.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to keep track of your shipping status.
- All orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Ukraine.
2. Free shipping.
We offer free shipping worldwide for our customers. We use UPS Express and Ukrposhta courier services. Approximate delivery time depends on the chosen method:
Ukrposhta: approximately 8-21 working days.
UPS Express: approximately 5-15 working days.
3. Disclaimer about delivery time.
- The above delivery time is based on our experience with couriers. However, actual times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, quarantine measures, travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest and other unforeseen circumstances.
- We recommend that you regularly monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link that will be emailed to you.
4. Taxes and Customs Duties.
- For shipments to the United States, orders valued up to $800 USD are exempt from taxation. Orders exceeding this amount may be subject to customs duties imposed by US authorities and are not covered by our free shipping.
- For all other countries not listed above, please note that prices on our website do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties or customs charges that may apply depending on the recipient's country. Any charges applied on importation are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient.
5. Rejected and parcels returned to sender.
- Parcels returned to sender due to default on the part of the recipient are not eligible for free reshipment. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or invalid delivery information is given (e.g. wrong address or contact number).
- Refusal to pay import duties required by customs authorities.
- Refusal to cooperate with customs authorities by providing requested information.
- Refusal to pick up the parcel at the delivery point (if the courier is unable to re deliver the order).
- Refunds are only available upon receipt of the parcel at our warehouse, less shipping costs to and from the destination country and any applicable customs duties and taxes.
6. Lost shipments.
- If the courier tracking page lists your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your family members, neighbors or reception staff as someone may have received it on your behalf.
- If tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Please note that requests for lost shipments will only be accepted within 30 days of your order being shipped. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed as the courier service no longer handles claims.
7. Shipping on APO/FPO and PO BOX
We only ship on APO/FPO and PO BOX within the United States.
Please note that delivery times may be extended for these addresses, depending on the base location and internal postal service logistics.
