- EU Withdrawal Button service - to comply with EU Directive 2023/2673, we use a third-party application called Revoq (EU Withdrawal Button), operated by Jonas Busch (Einzelunternehmer), to process withdrawal requests submitted through the "Withdraw contract" button on our website. When you submit a withdrawal request, we process your name, email address and order number. This information is used exclusively to receive and process your withdrawal request, validate it against your order, and send you the legally required confirmation email. For this processing, Revoq acts as our data processor under Article 28 GDPR, governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Revoq's primary data infrastructure is located entirely within the EU (Germany and the Netherlands). Confirmation emails may be processed via a sub-processor based in the US, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with appropriate safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses). Revoq does not collect withdrawal reasons or any additional tracking data beyond what is strictly necessary for processing your request. 5. Do Not Track policy
Some browsers support the Do Not Track (DNT) feature. Please note that we do not change our data collection methods when we receive a DNT signal.
