How can I check product availability?
All products listed on our website are in stock and available for order, unless otherwise noted. We ship every order within the timeframes specified on the product page. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, it will be clearly marked as “Out of Stock” and you won’t be able to add it to your cart.
Can I personalize my order?
Personalization is available for select items, like custom engraving on the back of a watch. Choose this option on the product page.
How water-resistant are your watches?
If the selected model has water resistance and is properly sealed, it’s reliably protected from water exposure.
What type of glass is used in your watches?
We use high-quality sapphire and mineral glass for excellent scratch resistance and durability.
What materials are used for the watch straps?
We use only genuine Italian leather for our straps, providing both comfort and
longevity.
What sizes are available?
You can find information about available sizes on the product page in the
"Specifications" section.
Do your watches require a battery?
No, all our models are equipped with manual or automatic winding
movements, eliminating the need for a battery.
How does chlorinated and seawater affect the watch?
Exposure to chlorinated or seawater can negatively impact the coating of the
case and other watch components. If the model is not sufficiently sealed, water
ingress may damage the movement, requiring immediate servicing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal.
Do you offer international shipping?
We provide worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Within Ukraine, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. International shipping may take 8–21 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide absolutely free shipping on our website.
Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?
We ship to FPO and APO addresses within the United States. Military bases outside the U.S. are not covered by our postal service.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not
responsible for any mishandling of shipments by postal or courier services. The recipient is responsible for providing a valid name and address at the time of
delivery. Any lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information will not be replaced.
My order has been shipped, but I want to change the address. What should Ido?
Write If you need to update your order information, please contact us immediately.
Once our warehouse has processed and shipped your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
Missed Delivery
If no one was available at your provided shipping address during delivery, the
courier will usually leave a contact card with instructions on how to request a
redelivery or details of the nearest pickup location where you can collect your
package.
If you did not receive a card or notification from the courier, don’t worry. Simply
contact the courier’s customer service hotline and provide the tracking number
from the email you received from us. Once this information is provided, the courier
will assist you in arranging a redelivery.
Delivery Time and Possible Delays
Our courier partners aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days for
domestic shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays) and 8–21 business
days for international shipping. However, in some cases, deliveries may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Possible Reasons for Delivery Delays:
- Adverse weather conditions or other local factors affecting transportation routes.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- Additional processing time required for customs clearance.
- Customs authorities waiting for duty, tax, or VAT payment before releasing the package.
- If your delivery is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking details and contacting the courier service for further assistance.
What happens if my shipment is lost?
All shipments from our warehouses are insured against loss and theft. In the event
that a package is lost during transit, we will contact the courier for verification. If the courier confirms that the package has been lost or stolen, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.
Do I need to pay VAT or other taxes on my shipment?
Import Taxes and Customs Duties
United States:
All shipments to the U.S. are subject to customs clearance. As of August 29, 2025, the $800 de minimis exemption has been eliminated. Duties may apply to any commercial shipment, regardless of value. Charges are assessed by U.S. Customs based on item category and declared value. Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Ukraine:
Orders delivered within Ukraine are not subject to import duties or customs clearance. The price shown at checkout is final — no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Other Countries: Prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties, or other customs clearance fees that may apply depending on your location. Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer and
must be paid by the recipient.
Where is the shipment dispatched from?
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine.
The estimated delivery time is 8–21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond the courier’s control, such as customs clearance, severe weather conditions, government-imposed quarantines, or movement restrictions.
Returns, Exchanges, or Replacements
What should I do if there is an issue with the watch I received?
Before shipment, every order undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure the
watch is in perfect condition and functions properly.
However, if you receive a defective watch, please contact our customer support and
provide the following information:
- Order number or email address used for the purchase.
- A brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
- A photo or short video (up to 20MB) clearly showing the issue (if the problem is with the movement, please send a video).
Can I exchange my watch for a different model?
Returns & Exchanges
We offer both returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or would like a different product, you can return the item for a full refund or request an exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team.
I received an incomplete order. What should I do?
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives incomplete, please contact our
customer support immediately and provide the following information: - Order number or email address used for the purchase.
- A photo of the entire package contents, including the courier packaging.
- Our team will investigate the issue and respond to your request within 1–2
business days with a resolution.
Processing Returns Upon Receipt
- Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes processing
and inspection before we can approve or decline the return. - We strive to handle all return requests as quickly as possible; however, this process may take 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and
understanding.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
- In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately and provide the following information:
- Order number or email address used for the purchase.
- A photo of the item you received.
- Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 1–2 business days. If an
error is confirmed, we will promptly offer a resolution and arrange for a replacement.
I want to return my order. How can I do that?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
Before proceeding with a return, please review the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The watch must be in its original condition, suitable for resale, with all protective tags and security seals intact.
- Returns are accepted only in the original packaging provided at the time of purchase.
- If a stainless steel bracelet has been adjusted, the removed links must be
reattached before returning the watch. - If your return meets all the above conditions, please contact our customer support for further instructions.

Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return.
Watches bought from third-party sellers must be returned according to their
respective return policies.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases
where the wrong or defective item was sent.
Warranty & Repairs
Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
All watches purchased directly from us or from any of our authorized resellers, retail partners, or distributors come with a 24-month international warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

What Does the Warranty Cover?
If a manufacturing defect is detected within the warranty period, our technical team will conduct an inspection, and if the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective component free of charge at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, negligence, or accidents.
- Damage to the case, glass, strap, or bracelet.
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse, modifications, tampering, disassembly, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
- Water damage if the watch is not marked as water-resistant.
How to Claim Warranty Service?
- To activate the warranty, contact our customer support team and provide
proof of purchase. - The watch will be sent to our service center for evaluation.
- If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, repair or replacement will be provided free of charge.
- What If the Warranty Has Expired?
- After the warranty period, all repairs and servicing will be subject to service fees.
Shipping & Responsibility
Who pays for shipping to the service center?
All shipping costs, including postage, insurance, and packaging, are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping when sending your watch to our service center.
How can I get my watch repaired?
- If your watch requires repair, please contact our customer support team to
request servicing. - We will provide you with the address of our service center and instructions on
how to send your watch for repair.
How long does the watch repair process take?
- The watch repair process typically takes 4–6 weeks, including diagnostics,
repairs, and final quality testing. - This timeframe ensures that your watch is properly serviced and thoroughly
inspected before being returned to you.
Where is your service center located?
- Our main service center is located in Ukraine and handles the servicing and
repair of all our watches. - For customer convenience, we can also accept damaged watches at our
warehouses in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., from where they will be forwarded
to the service center for repair. - Strap Care & General Watch Maintenance
Are my watch water-resistant?
- Most of our watches have a minimum water resistance of 1 ATM.
- For more detailed information about the water resistance of your specific
model, please refer to the "Specifications" section on the product page or contact our customer support team.
How can I keep my watch movement in good condition?
To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your watch movement, follow these key
maintenance guidelines:
- Avoid impacts and strong shocks. While our watches undergo impact resistance testing, excessive force can damage the exterior and accelerate wear on internal components, potentially affecting the watch’s performance.
- Minimize exposure to magnetic fields. Keep your watch away from devices that generate strong magnetic fields, such as speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones, and magnets.
- Magnetic interference can disrupt the movement, causing the watch to run unusually fast or slow.
- Do not wear your watch while using power tools or impact hammers. Prolonged exposure to vibrations or intense impact forces can damage internal movement, reducing timekeeping accuracy and accelerating component wear.
- By handling your watch with care and following these precautions, you can
maintain its precision and reliability for years to come.
Do you sell additional watch straps?
Yes, we offer a collection of handcrafted straps made from genuine Italian
leather. Each strap is carefully crafted by our skilled leather artisans to ensure
premium quality and durability.
How to care for a leather watch strap?
Leather watch straps require proper care to maintain their appearance and
durability. Since leather is a porous material, it should be kept away from oily
substances, solvents, detergents, and cosmetics. Additionally, avoid excessive
exposure to water, even if the strap is water-resistant, to prevent discoloration
and premature aging.Before purchasing, please measure the lug width of your
watch to ensure a proper fit.
Cleaning a leather strap
- Remove the strap from the watch and gently wipe both sides with a dry
microfiber cloth to eliminate surface dirt and prevent scratches. - Dampen (but do not soak) a microfiber cloth and apply a small amount of mild hand soap or saddle soap.
- Gently clean the leather using soft circular motions, avoiding excessive
pressure. Do not rub aggressively, especially on stained areas. - Use a second damp microfiber cloth to carefully wipe off any soap residue,
ensuring the leather does not become overly wet. - Allow the strap to dry naturally, away from direct heat sources, before
reattaching it to the watch. Do not use a hairdryer or artificial heat to speed up the drying process. - Optionally, apply a leather conditioner or oil to keep the leather soft, supple,
and protected from drying out. - By following these care guidelines, you can extend the lifespan of your leather
strap and maintain its premium look.
How to replace a watch strap?
Replacing a watch strap is a simple process but requires careful handling. You will need a spring bar tool. We recommend placing a soft surface under the watch to protect it from scratches during the process.
Step-by-step guide to changing a watch strap:
- Place the watch dial down on a soft surface to protect the dial and glass.
- Insert the spring bar tool between the strap and the watch case at the edge.
- Gently pull the spring bar toward the strap, allowing it to disengage from the lug hole and release the strap.
- Remove the old strap and attach the new one by repeating the process in
reverse. Ensure the spring bar is securely seated in the lug hole and that the strap is firmly attached. - If you don’t have a spring bar tool, consider visiting a watch repair shop or a jeweler for professional strap replacement.
Where can I find the user manual for my watch?
Every watch shipped from our warehouse includes a user manual.
If you have misplaced your manual, contact our customer support team, and we
will promptly provide you with a digital copy or assist you with any necessary
information.
Why does the spring bar keep popping out?
Wearing a strap that is too tight puts excessive pressure on the watch
components, which can lead to long-term damage. This particularly affects
spring bars, as well as buckles and clasps that secure the strap. Over time, the
increased strain may weaken the attachment points or even cause leather
straps to tear.
How to properly adjust your watch strap?
The strap should be:
- Tight enough to keep the watch securely on your wrist without sliding.
- Loose enough to avoid discomfort, maintain proper circulation, and prevent
skin irritation. - Ensuring a proper fit not only enhances comfort but also helps maintain the
durability of your watch components.
