Return and Refund policy

1. General Terms and Conditions.
- This Refund Policy governs the terms and procedure for returning goods purchased on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Return Conditions.
- We accept the return of wristwatches within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The item has not been used, has no signs of wear or damage.
- The watch must be unused, without damage or modifications (e.g. no engraving).
- The strap must not have been customized and no links must have been removed from the bracelet.
- The watch is still in good condition, including packaging, protective films and all accessories.
- A receipt or other proof of purchase is available.
- We do not accept returns on watch that have been given as gifts. Returns can only be made by the customer who purchased the item.

3. Refund procedure
- Refunds are made only to the bank card from which the payment was made.
- The period of refund is up to 10 working days from the moment the refund is approved.
- The refund covers only the original purchase price. Import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes imposed by the buyer's country are not refundable.

4. Return shipping
- The cost of return shipping of the goods will be borne by the buyer.
- We are not responsible for lost goods during return shipping and will not reimburse shipping costs unless the buyer has received incorrect or defective goods.

5. How to issue a refund? To issue a refund you need to:
- Contact our support team [specify contact email/phone number].
- Specify the order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the item to the address provided and be sure to provide the parcel's tracking number.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal
- If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
- You may exercise this right using the electronic "Withdraw contract" function available on our website, without the need to log in or contact us first.
- Watches that have been customized at the time of order (e.g. personal engraving or a configuration made specifically to your individual specification) are excluded from this right, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Selecting a standard color or strap option from our regular catalog does not constitute customization and remains eligible for withdrawal.
- This EU right of withdrawal applies in addition to our standard 30-day Return Policy described above; the terms more favourable to the consumer shall apply.
