Return and Refund policy

1. General Terms and Conditions.

- This Refund Policy governs the terms and procedure for returning goods purchased on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Return Conditions.

- We accept the return of wristwatches within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The item has not been used, has no signs of wear or damage.
- The watch must be unused, without damage or modifications (e.g. no engraving).
- The strap must not have been customized and no links must have been removed from the bracelet.

- The watch is still in good condition, including packaging, protective films and all accessories.

- A receipt or other proof of purchase is available.
- We do not accept returns on watch that have been given as gifts. Returns can only be made by the customer who purchased the item.

3. Refund procedure

- Refunds are made only to the bank card from which the payment was made.
- The period of refund is up to 10 working days from the moment the refund is approved.
- The refund covers only the original purchase price. Import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes imposed by the buyer's country are not refundable.

4. Return shipping

- The cost of return shipping of the goods will be borne by the buyer.
- We are not responsible for lost goods during return shipping and will not reimburse shipping costs unless the buyer has received incorrect or defective goods.

5. How to issue a refund? To issue a refund you need to:

- Contact our support team [specify contact email/phone number].
- Specify the order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the item to the address provided and be sure to provide the parcel's tracking number.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
