Watch Warranty Policy
1- General Provisions.
- This international warranty applies to all Flagman watches purchased and submitted for warranty service in any country.
- Flagman watches are backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) that covers manufacturing defects under the conditions specified in this policy.
2. How to take advantage of the warranty.
- To obtain warranty service, you must contact customer service by providing:
- Photographs of the product showing possible defects.
- A photo of the warranty card proving your eligibility for service.
3. Exclusions and limitations of the warranty.
- The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
- Mechanical and external damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidents.
- Wear and damage to the case, glass, strap or bracelet.
- Damage caused by inappropriate handling, alterations, third party intervention, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Exposure to moisture or water due to inappropriate use (e.g. crown not closed, failure to seal due to mechanical damage, exposure to extreme temperature changes, use in steam baths or Jacuzzis).
4. Conditions for repair and replacement.
- If a manufacturing defect is detected during the warranty period, our technicians will carry out a diagnosis. If the defect is confirmed, the component will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Flagman's discretion.
- After the end of the warranty period, any repair or maintenance work will be performed on a chargeable basis.
5. Processing and Repair Time.
It may take 2 to 6 weeks to repair your watch, depending on the workload of the service center.
6. Responsibility for transportation costs.
- The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with sending the watch for warranty service, including postage, insurance and packing materials.
- We strongly recommend using a certified shipping service and taking out insurance to minimize the risk of loss or damage to the product in transit.
7. Support and Customer Service.
- Our customer service team provides quality service for your Flagman watch. If your watch requires attention, please contact us and we will provide recommendations for further action.
- Warranty service is provided only by authorized Flagman after-sales service centers that are authorized to perform warranty work in accordance with this policy.
